Refund Policy
Our product refund policy is as follows:
1. Receipt and Inspection of the Product
The customer must thoroughly inspect the product in the presence of the delivery man upon receiving it. If there is any defect, damage, or discrepancy in the product, it must be reported immediately to the delivery man.
2. After the Delivery Man Has Left
No complaints will be accepted once the delivery man has left. If the product is accepted without inspection, it will be the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refund/Replacement for Unacceptable Conditions
Refund or replacement is applicable only if a defect in the product is proven immediately in the presence of the delivery man.
4. Special Note
The customer will be given sufficient time to inspect the product. To avoid any misunderstandings, there should be direct communication between the customer and the delivery man.
